In this review, we will judge AQ3D as an early access game and a game targeted at mobile players and a younger player base, not as a competitor to the major MMOs out there. Once the update is live and you install it, you should be able to login again! Our game is unique in which we have regular weekly updates, so new content is going to be available to play! Some updates for certain devices (like iOS/Apple) can take a few hours to a few days to be approved, which we have unfortunately have no control over. Game servers down? - A new content update may be uploading or there is periodical maintenance.Changing security settings on your router can also cause our game to be blocked. Router or Internet Service Provider issue? - Please make sure your router and/or your Internet Service Provider is not blocking AQ3D for some reason.Have you checked your connection? - You must use a stable WIFI connection to play the game.I can login but can't connect to a server? There is no Google Play login yet, this is something the devs will look into in the future. A Facebook login cannot be unlinked from an account that doesn't already have an email or Apple ID login.

Please note - if you create an account using a Facebook login, if you don't already have another account that uses your Facebook email, an email login will automatically be added to your account and you can Reset your account password if needed. A Facebook login cannot be added after account creation, this is something the devs are working on adding in the future. Your logged in state via Facebook is determined by the logged in user of your Facebook app. You may see Facebook try to authenticate your login each time you login to the game with Facebook if you do not have the Facebook app installed on your device. If you have a Facebook login, we recommend you have the Facebook app installed on your device (and logged in) to prevent any login issues. If you did authorize your email to be shared, an email/game login is automatically created for you and you can choose a password via the forgot password link. You will need to add an email/game login via the AQ3D Account Manager. Not authorizing your email to be shared also means you can't login to a non-Apple/iOS mobile device or a browser via a computer such as the AQ3D Account Manager. If you do not want to share your email, then a new account is created without an email and you won't be able to verify your account without an email. If you do, and you have an existing account under the same email, your Apple ID login will be added to that account. If you choose to use an Apple ID login, you will have to authorize the login and it will ask if you want your email address shared. The Apple ID login was required by Apple or no more updates could be released. If you do enter the incorrect password too many times, you may be temporarily locked out of your account.
